One standout aspect of One Stop Leith Avenue is the community spirit it fosters. It serves as a local hub where neighbors gather, share stories, and enjoy a casual chat while shopping. The attention to hygiene—such as disinfecting baskets available at the entrance—adds to a sense of well-being while visiting.
However, there are areas for improvement. Some customers have reported inconsistent experiences, particularly regarding the coffee machine that could use better maintenance. With small tweaks, this could easily turn into a first-rate café experience.
In summary, One Stop Leith Avenue is more than just a store—it's a part of the community where convenience meets comfort. Great shop. It's very clean and bright with the shop easily laid out so you can find what you need.Measures at front of the shop to disinfect baskets should you wish to.There's different slush type machines, a milkshake machine and a Costa machine, great for adults and kids.Staff are always friendly and most are helpful if you have a problem or need help finding anything. It has disabled access too and aisles are wide enough for buggies and wheelchairs. There is a small car park out the front.

Staff (excluding Mel who is always very polite and friendly to myself and my partner without fail) need to go on a customer care course.First a young girl with brown hair just came at me with a cage whilst looking me in the eye, causing me to squeeze against shelves to get out of her way and a large sheet of cardboard fell down and hit my legs. Then at the till an old fat woman with a blonde bob served me whilst chatting to her colleague, all she stopped to say to me was "need a bag?" And "card?" There was no hello, no Thank you, no thats all done no happy new year or have a nice day. Not even a bye. How rude.

Go to One stop in the mornings to pick up my Costa coffee, its really a lottery in there as to whether you get a cup of coffee or not due to their poor house keeping of the coffee machine. Never has any syrup in it and the picture attached is a large coffee in a regular cup, still only / full. They need to maintain the machine correctly, it could be a gold mine if they just took the correct steps to maintain it.
